A small spike tool (paperclips or long sewing needle), a pair of earrings (or other piercings)
Please make sure that the width of your piercing needle is the same (or slightly thinner) than that of the earrings.

Step 1: Figure out where you want the piercing to go. Take the ear as an example here. Mark the area to be pierced to avoid asymmetry.
Step 2: Unscrew the attachment balls on the earrings.
Step 3: Align the sharp end of the needle with the mark and firmly poke the ear until it is pierced, and then hold the needle in the hole.
Step 4: Align the earring with the end of the needle and insert the earrings into the hole when the needle is removed.
Note: TPE is a fairly dense and thick material. So please follow the above steps, otherwise the hole will not be found after pulling out the needle. Then you can't fit the earrings in the hole.
Step 5: With the earrings in place, screw the attachment ball back on.
